My Story
I discovered Yoga in 2016 and it quickly became a passion of mine. With a background in dance, I was naturally drawn to the physical practice of Yoga, and I discovered the therapeutical power of Yoga as a form of meditation in movement.
In 2019, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Ashtanga Yoga Montreal, where I had the privilege of learning from teachers Julien Gagnon and Jeanne Mudie. My study and exploration of this practice still continues today, and I’m happy to be able to share it with others. I now apply Yoga’s teachings to other forms of movement practices such as Pilates, Calisthenics and Aerial Arts.
